What are the people watching? I'm looking for some ideas.

Crap is probably not going to work for me. There are only so many movies about crap you can watch and i've seen at least 40.

That might be good. How old is she now?

I liked CORALINE the graphic novel but the movie version looks much more kid-friendlly and less creepy. Still looks good though, just different.

Looks like the movie might be in 3D? At least the trailer was, when I saw it before My Bloody Valentine.
I'm gonna see Coraline, cuz I gotta review it. Tonight I see The Uninvited. Ugh.

David Wilbanks wrote: She's 4. And she likes the creepy stuff. I read her the Coraline novel, and she loves Wolves In The Wall. The movie is actually stop-motion, not CGI, and I do believe it will be in 3-D. Should be fun. Has to be better than Bolt... |

David Wilbanks wrote:Yeah, she loves Monster House. That movie bears an odd resemblance to a Lansdale story, too. |

My stepkidlets loved monster house. It was okay.
I prefer madagascar. :-) There's nothing cooler than a bunch of lemurs singing "I like to move it, move it" Even on the most exalted throne in the world, we are still only seated on our own butt |

I haven't seen that one, yet.
This summer I will be inundated with kid movies while we have them. For now Justice has barely the attention span to watch half an episode of the wonderpets, so I get away with not having to have the tv on a lot. YAY! My niece and nephew are tv zombies. Good tactic for babysitting!

Igor is on DVD now, too. It got panned, but it's cute enough and fun. Horton Hears A Who was all right. Bolt was... Well, not so good. My kid loved the
first bit where it's like a big Bond-style chase sequence, but after that she was kinda bored until the last ten minutes or so. Kung-Fu Panda was awful.
About half-way through my daughter got out of her seat and said, "Daddy, this movie sucks!"

She's usually not a talker int he theater, very focused on the movie, but she'd had enough of that one.
